Risk Disclosure Statement.

1. Nature of Copy Trading
Forex copy trading involves technology that automatically replicates trades executed on a designated Master Account to a client's trading account with an independent broker. Copy trading does not guarantee identical financial performance or identical execution prices.
2. Execution Delays, Slippage, and Latency
Replication instructions are transmitted electronically. Network latency, broker bridge execution, liquidity depth, and rapid market fluctuations can cause the price at which a trade is copied on your account to differ from the price obtained by the Master Account (slippage). During volatile announcements, slippage can be significant.
3. Leverage and Margin Exposure
Foreign exchange trading utilizes high degrees of financial leverage. While leverage can increase potential profits, it equally magnifies potential losses. An adverse market movement may result in rapid depletion of your deposited funds and margin call or liquidation by your broker.
4. No Investment Advice or Guarantees
Nexus Forex Management does not provide personalized investment, tax, or legal advice. Historical performance records, metrics, or trade logs published on our website or marketing collateral do not constitute a guarantee of future outcomes.
5. Independent Broker Custody
Nexus Forex Management is not a broker, custodian, or fund manager. All client capital remains held with third-party, independently licensed brokers selected by the client. Nexus Forex Management has no custody, control, or withdrawal authority over your deposited funds.
6. Technical and System Risks
Operational risks including internet service disruptions, hardware failures, platform bugs, power cuts, or broker server downtime may delay or prevent trade copying. Clients remain responsible for actively monitoring their account balance and open positions.
